Emily's Updates: Floss, Fabric, Fiber

Eeek! I've been all over the place craft-wise since my last (first) post. Sadly, I have very few FOs to show for it!

4 inch hoops

Cross stitch: An awesome friend re-ignited my interest in cross stitch when she visited me over New Years. I got so obsessed that I bought the PC Stitch software so I could design my own patterns (which I experimented with but haven't fully explored yet). The nice thing about this product is that you can download it to try it out before buying.

Embroidery: Remember that time I got really interested in embroidery again and started the Gulush Threads #stitchaday challenge in February and then gave up halfway through the month? I do.

I did get these hoops done a few days ago (meaning, the actual embroidery was done in December, but I didn't hoop them until a few days ago). They were created for three gal pals and based on an inside joke.

Sorry if I just made you feel like Michael Scott.

Quilting: I'm working on my second Cozy Throw Quilt for a wedding present. I'm also about to start a baby quilt for my niece.

Knitting: A local yarn shop is offering a Comfort Fade Cardi class and I jumped on that since I've been eyeing that pattern for weeks.
